We are a federally designated Debt Relief Agency under the United States Bankruptcy Laws. We assist people with finding solutions to their debt problems, including, where appropriate, assisting with the filing of petitions for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
Orange County Bankruptcy Attorney Kristine Kyllander
As an experienced Orange County bankruptcy lawyer with in depth knowledge of consumer rights and bankruptcy law, I understand that financial difficulties can seem unbearable. You may be embarrassed about your situation or reluctant to seek out help and may be uncomfortable discussing such a personal situation with me, at first glance a complete stranger.
I understand that you are not a deadbeat! Whether or not we establish an attorney-client relationship together, I commit to you that I will always treat you with the upmost courtesy and respect.
I am committed to helping you find every legal means to reach your goals by evaluating your debt and creditor problems and then designing the best customized strategy possible that is likely to achieve those goals.
As an Orange County bankruptcy lawyer and consumer rights advocate, I have a strong commitment to lifelong education so that I may provide you with in depth knowledge and expertise in my field. I hold other advanced degrees in addition to my law degree and associate myself with other leading bankruptcy attorneys throughout the country. Since we are a small firm, my staff and I can be responsive to your needs, keep our fees in a cost effective range, as well as take a personal interest in you and the outcome of your case.
My professional interest as an Orange County bankruptcy lawyer centers on helping individuals overcome the stress and anxiety associated with too much debt. I believe strongly that bankruptcy is a powerful solution that when used appropriately, can be a positive life changing event. This motivated me to write the pamphlet “Road to Recovery – A Timeline for Debt Elimination in Southern California” as a way of showing those suffering from financial crisis, that there is a legal path to help you obtain a fresh start.
I understand the fear and sometimes panic of facing relentless creditors who have automated dialers calling you nonstop, who are threatening to take away your home or your car, who may have started the process to have your wages garnished, who are attempting to embarrass you to pay by contacting your relatives and/or neighbors. Consulting an Orange County bankruptcy lawyer can be a solution to the creditor problem.
I believe that what sets me apart from other bankruptcy lawyers is my extensive experience working for creditors. For over eight years I worked in consumer finance as a collector, collections supervisor, loan originator, loan modification manager, and bankruptcy department manager. Upon graduating from law school, I went to work for a creditors rights firm where I was responsible for representing the claims of mortgage companies in consumer bankruptcies filed in the Southern District of California. Now I am applying all of that “inside” knowledge towards helping consumers.
To determine if I am the right attorney for your needs I offer a free case evaluation where we meet in order to review your personal situation in detail and discuss possible solutions.
